Would someone please help with my Spy Sweeper?
Whenever I have on my computer and in turn is Spy Sweeper, it says "Network Connection Failed. If you enable a firewall access to Spy Sweeper. If this does not work, contact support. I have send an e-mail to s.sweeper yesterday and they still have not responded. I do not know much about computers, I can not think out what to do. I can not download the new updates to the program or something. I have high speed internet and my registration is up to the date that it is not the problem. I went into my control panel and under the windows section allowed through the firewall Access to I Spy Sweeper. I even tried to disable the Windows Firewall and still not work it. Do I have avoided, perhaps some sort of other firewall my spy ? return If so, how do I fix this problem? I appreciate the help that you give people on Yahoo answers to me. Sometimes I was a little lost when it comes to computers, if it were not for people like you. Thanks again!
You may wish to contact the manufacturer of the firewall. I have Norton and have programmed it so that I am a pop-up when I want to allow access or do not ask, and there is a recommendation. When will my antivirus spysweeper or pop-ups, I call them on "Allow" access to and from there on, they always have access without any popups. See if you can configure your firewall to alert you to the election to let those who are and who is not allowed.
